Complete this registration and send checks ASAP – checks arriving after November 1st will incur a late fee!!

Also, mark your calendars for the MLFA Fall Coaches Meet on October 22nd 8:00-12:00 at St. Robert School (2200 E. Capitol Dr. Shorewood, WI 53211).
